TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1- On Safari Atacama recommends that you should take a suitable insurance of health and
accidents in trip.

BOOKING AND PAYMENT

In order to complete your booking or provide you with the information that you request, it will be necessary to ask for certain personal information such as your name and address, telephone number or email address. On Safari Atacama will also require a credit card to make a reservation online.
All guests must sign a release of liability waiver prior to participating in any activity. Guests who are 19 years and older sign their own waiver. Guests under the age of 19 must have a parent or legal guardian sign the waiver on their behalf. The waivers are legal documents and can therefore not be interpreted by anyone in the company. Signing it does mean you have read and understand the waiver.
Refunds and cancellations by guests are limited to 24hrs prior to departure. On Safari Atacama reserves the right to cancel tours due to inclement weather, insufficient bookings or events beyond our control. If your tour is cancelled by On Safari Atacama, you will be issued a full refund.
Group & Special Events Policy
For group bookings, guaranteed numbers are required 14 days in advance of the tour. Any changes or cancellations made within 14 days of the activity are subject to a 100% charge. On Safari Atacama reserves the right to cancel tours due to inclement weather, insufficient bookings or events beyond our control.
